lunar API && moonbase cleanup - Important

Hi all,

as of now both set of core tools contain a set of fixes that will 
largely minimize the number of lines that need to be written to make 
module files. As we would like to cleanup moonbase it is important that 
everyone updated their core tools ASAP.

The major API change in moonbase will take place after the 1st of 
august. Please make sure you 'lin lunar' or 'lin theedge' before that 
date or that you have a set of core tools that is newer than 20040708 
(today).

We hope everyone enjoys a more simple and easier to understand moonbase 
soon afterwards.
