audacity and wxGTK

first of all: there's a bug in the DETAILS of wxGTK (it refers to
wxPython and not wxGTK), which i reported to the bug tracker.

second of all, wxGTK configures with '--enable-unicode', but Audacity
doesn't support compiling against wxGTK with unicode support. this can
be fixed by changing the BUILD file to call --disable-unicode instead
of --enable-unicode.
