There were other related bugreports on the tracker about this. In order 
to fix please do the following:

- get the *latest* moonbase
- re-lin the following modules (in this order):

    docbook-dsssl
    openjade
    docbook-utils

let me know if you still experience problems. I fixed 2 issues with the 
docbook-profile dependency system and bad hardcoded versions in the 
modules that hadn't been updated according to the module's version number.
