Why the conflict between fcron & hc-cron???

Hi there,

exim:  Adding required dependency hc-cron 
+ mod_v="" mod="hc-cron"
WARNING: fcron conflicts with module hc-cron
hc-cron:  Do you want to remove module fcron ?  [n] 

1) Why this conflict? (I use hc-cron & fcron on the same systems for several
 reasons, ie. somethings are done easier by hc-cron, but others better by fcron)

2) Why can't exim use fcron? (I use it quite successfully with fcron, and I
 prefer fcron to hc-cron in this regard)
