kde stuff doesn't compile any more - non existant prefix '' for kdelibs

I runned "fix all" from the lunar menu. I really don't get it - the box 
is fresh installed from last night but several files were missing. I 
left the box alone while it was recompiling xorg again o_0 No idea what 
lunar recompiled beside this, too. 

Now the kde-stuff works again, but kdelibs haven't been recompiled 
(thats for sure, to less compilationtime ;))
