gaim-0.80 and higher

With the gaim devs on a (supposedly) THREE week release cycle, I've had to
make some changes to the gaim module:

1. Dropped the gaim-blogger support (as they probably are NOT on a three week
release cycle).

2. TOC protoctol does not compile in any version of gaim >= 0.80.  AIM/ICQ
protocol works just fine for logging in instead.  TOC is deprecated by the
gaim devs and their code simply will not compile any longer if TOC is specified
as a protocol.

gaim-blogger users will have to ask the one or two lunar-devs that actually
use it to create a new gaim module that lags behind the regular gaim module to
get it to compile with the blogger add-in.
