I don't think this build issue was ever resolved in the moonbase, and until 
the next version of php is released this might be a way we can fix the 
issue... see PROBLEM 1:

I havn't attempted this, but from other limited googling, this seems like the 
simplest fix until php 4.3.6 is out offically.
