Lin avifile fail

Hi Devs,

Lin avifile fails on the last step of BUILD:
ln -sf /usr/include/avifile-$AVI_VERSION /usr/include/avifile 

I believe the line in BUILD:
export AVI_VERSION=`lvu installed avifile | cut -d. -f1,2` 

Should be:
export AVI_VERSION=`lvu version avifile | cut -d. -f1,2`
