lunar functions list

I've about finished a tool which takes the lunar functions and imports
them into xml, creating a link from every function call to its definition.

It's intended to become a companion to these two docs:

and
 http://thing.fwsystems.com/build/lunar/doc/module_guide.html

Which I plan to extend to add linking directly to the function
definitions in the new doc.


Caveats:

The xml conversion tries to maintain legibility but there is absolutely
no warranty that this docment hasn't corrupted some elements of the
original bash. Please refer to the actual code also :-)

This doc may be regenerated to keep up to date with theedge, that
will require maintaining the list of functions.
