qt3 module "version 3.2.1".......

Hi all,

There is something wrong with the qt3 module that is currently in the 
moonbase. The module cannot be downloaded for some reason?

All it says is "Invalid PORT. Retrying.". However I can get to the ftp server 
at: ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/source/  just fine? And I can download the 
file?
