Gnome 2.4.0 Install

If you are having problems with the Gnome 2.4.0 update its sue to the
fact that lunar doesnt install updates in order.  Here is a good order
to get things rolling:

It is very iomportant that linc get installed 1st!  if linc doesnt get
installed 1st then all the otehrs will fail.  Also you may need to add
this to your /etc/ld.so.conf file "/opt/lunar/gnome/2.4/lib".  Please
