kernel-2.6.0 and alsa-lib, alsa-utils

Hi all,

I'm trying to get kernel-2.6.0-test9 and alsa sound working but I'm having 
trouble getting alsa-lib and alsa-utils to build without alsa-drivers being 
built.
I have the kernel sound modules loaded with no problems during boot.
I removed alsa-drivers from the alsa-lib "DEPENDS" file but it still tries to 
build alsa-drivers when I "lin alsa-lib alsa-utils" ?

How do I get just alsa-lib and alsa-utils installed?
