tcl and tk no longer together...

well, I split them up.... you can still install both of them, but
installing tcl-tk as a module itself is no longer possible. This gives
us a few options:
1) you can install tcl without X thus install some tcl-specific
scripting stuff on non-X servers
2) tk depends on tcl, thus installing something that needs it
automatically installs tcl as well (no extra dependency fuzz)
3) it allows us to install tcl/tk without that silly contitional tk
compile question that was inside the tcl/tk module.
Since 99.9% of people never lin tcl or tk directly, this won't affect
them directly... however
should you renew/update etc your box and find that tcl-tk was removed,
please just either "lin tk" or run a lunar fixdepends.
