dctc and dc_gui

I just thought i'd write and mention that according to the dctc and
dc_gui websites, the current version of these programs is as follows:

dctc <-- 0.82.2
dc_gui <-- 0.73

I'm pretty sure that i built both of them successfully last week,
although i've ran an update since then, and i'm currently rebuilding
glib/glibc as a result of the gettext update, otherwise i'd verify that
they both work correctly (but as I said, I'm fairly sure they're fine).

well, if one of the devs could update the modules in the moonbase, I'd
appreciate it.
