Gettext

yeah it compiled after the 1st time also, which I thought was weird so I
looked it up to find out why.  Oh well the problems is fixed for me
after recompiling glibc.  We should update it after the gettext update
because a few people last night in the chat had the same problem as me. 
Didnt realize that I needed to rebuild glibc until WizFactor said he did
and fixed the problem also.  

Anyway im going to go over the gnome modules and apps to see what I
might can do to render the problem, over the next few days.
