No plugins in Mozilla ??

hi everyboddy,

I lin the new Java but Java still doesn't work in mozilla. Java is in my 
path as i can start it from the console.

I also lin flash with no result.  This seems to be the problem
LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library 
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.2.1/plugins/libflashplayer.so 
[libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file 
or directory].

What can I do to make them work ?
