tidy module broken

My roommate was trying to install the tidy html documentation package 
today and ran into some trouble.  It stems from the BUILD file in the 
module being incorrect.  The tidy tarball has all of its configure.in, 
etc. files stored in a subdirectory of the source, and you have to run 
a script to copy them all to their appropriate locations.  I'll stop 
explaining, and just say that i've built it correctly with the attached 
BUILD file.

And sorry if the formatting/commenting is *slightly* lacking.
