lrm rollback (lunar / not theedge)

Posting this at Sofar's request

<sofar> I just rolled back lrm in lunar
<sofar> there are some issues that need to be resolved first
<sofar> I'll be working on it in theedge only

<sofar> * lrm will remove config files and dependancies during an update
<sofar> * lrm possibly removes config files in /etc/

<sofar> keeping the new lrm in theedge is quite important however
<sofar> we need the feedback
<sofar> I suspect one or two more issues and already resolved 2 here
