gcc 3.3.2

I think the reason is that we cannot insure that gcc 3.3.2 will compile
everything in moonbase.  You can install it by doing this:

 lin -c gcc/3.3.2

Then onceyou have done that make sure you change your PATH to read:

PATH=/opt/lunar/gcc/3.3.2/bin:$PATH

So that it uses the 3.3.2 bin directory before /usr/bin
