Linux-grsec kernel modul update

Hi All.

I have just release linux-grsec kernel module based on kernel 2.4.23,
with grsec 1.9.13 (patchset version r3.1.1).

This module now uses the new kernel module "framework" that elaine made,
and i have build the kernel module with success here om my laptop, and
it runs perfectly here, and sofar has also said good for it.

There is also another change in it, now the module saves it's kernel
config as /etc/lunar/local/.config.grsec (like linux-beta saves it as
.config.beta) so if you want to use the old config, please copy/move it
to the new location.

This kernel includes the xfs+bs+kdefix1+sata+grsec (kdefix1 is the patch
that makes it possible to build kdemultimedia3 with our kernels.
