gettext-0.13 test

Hi everybody,

  I have installed the gettext version 0.13 on my
system for three days. I have used kernel and
kernel-headers version 2.6 and gcc 3.3.2. It seems to
work just fine. I attach here a proposal module for
this version for extensive testing purposes.
