Older Versions of Packages

Bumping? Do you mean editing the DETAILS file to reflect the earlier 
version? How do I go about doing this, r0dzilla, I mean I've just 
installed and have only the updated and rebuilt base system packages on 
my box. How do I "bump" the DETAILS file in a package I don't yet possess?
