According to the ChangeLog for MySQL Navigator (http://sql.kldp.org/mysql/)
support was added for qt 3.0.3 on April 15, 2001.

Florin and jol are the main lunar kde3 devs and one of them removed qt2
entirely from moonbase AND supposedly made sure that all qt2 apps worked
correctly with kde3.

And according to the cvs log wizfactor last tested/compiled
mysqlnavigator-1.4.2 with qt-3.1.2 on 20030521.  So I suspect this module
has been using qt3 for many months now.  

If you're saying this module doesn't compile with qt-3.1.3, then it probably
needs a version bump, if one is available.
