Wine version update

Just to let you guys know, and hopefully to get it bumped, Wine is up to version 20030408, instead of the 200210xx that it was at.  I have compiled it successfully on my box here, although i haven't extensively tested it yet.

Also, I believe that my ISP has messed with their smtp server, so yeah, can't send mail to the list through the normal channel at the moment. I'll be having a talk with them tomorrow, hopefully it'll get fixed.
