new module: glimpse

hi

This is some kind of searching tool. It can be used bt kdevelop instead of 
htdig to index documentation. It is a pain to index stuff in kdevelop with 
htdig so I thought I'd write a module for it. A couple of issues tho...

1. It's not GPL, it is free for non-commercial use and (obviously) the source 
is available.

2. Compiler optimizations aren't currently used, I may have a look at that 
when there's less alcahol in my bloodstream :)
