This is the case with lilo. I was using grub2, then it was ro mounted

Sorry for my poor reporting! I can set up a propper eth0, but no wlan. 
It is skipping the wpa_supplicant option there was in the 1.6.5 iso.
I do use lnet to do this job

By the way: the wlan issu is the only one I have at the moment, with 
lilo as a bootloader. So I have succesfully installed and build a 
lunar-linux version 1.7.0. Great!
