Lunar-Linux ISO 1.7.0-dev3

Hi,

Thanks for all the testing and patches. Here is a new version with lunar
v10.

lunar-install is not executable cause of a bug in the build process. To
start the installer run:
bash /sbin/lunar-install

It has been a while from the previous ISO so I would look to get an
onverview of the state if the ISO.
Test this new ISO again to see if there are more things missing and to see
of the previous issue are properly resolved.

Last time these were still open:
Glibc issue: Waiting for lunar v10. (v10 is here, but this might now been
resolved, yet)
Auto run installer.
Don't ask for password on ISO.
USB boot not working properly.
SSH host keys.
dracut doesn't understand lilo root=.
force -march during ISO building.

Known issues:
lunar-install is not executable
/dev/sr0 is shown in device list
