split moonbase - ready for testers

Do this:

lunar set MOONBASE_URL http://foo-projects.org/~sofar/

then

lin moonbase

caveats:

- I should rename riffraff to other.
- I need to add a KDE repo (I have one already).
- Needs a quick sync with moonbase as well, a few pkgs are out of date.
- I'm not against making a "unmaintained" repo that has the 2000 
packages I deleted from my repos, and merging it in here.

The moonbase tarball here is generated every hour and has all my 
packages-* repos in it. Duplicates are removed automatically, so a glibc 
package in the "gnome" repo will never overwrite one in "core".
