kernel-headers-2.6 fail to download

Samuel,

you bumped kernel-headers-2.6 to 2.6.38.1 but forgot to upload them to 
$MIRROR_URL. Upload missing file or revert back to last downloadable 
version: 2.6.34.3. Now kernel-headers-2.6 does not build at all on any 
machine.
