There are three preferred ways for users to report build issues;

1. http://bugs.lunar-linux.org/view_all_bug_page.php

2.  lunar at lunar-linux.org

3. #lunar on freenode

#3 may or may not get you the fastest response.

BTW, you might try `lin -c Twisted`.
