Files installed by multiple modules ?

I just want to clarify what happens in the case where the same file is
installed by multiple modules. If I understand correctly, as long as
each module installs an identical file, i.e. with the same md5/sha1sum,
the lunar package management is happy because it doesn't see any conflict.

It's only when different modules install the same file names with different
contents that the lunar fix/nofix take any notice.

Have I understood correctly?
