New antispam system for lunar-linux.org

Hello!

I have now switched antispam system used for lunar-linux.org to a new
one we are currently evaluating here at Stockholm University. I'm still
tuning the sytem, some header flags might not look like they used too
etc.

These are things I intend to either fix or tune. Please send me a mail
if you experience any kind of issue with @lunar-linux.org related mail.
