I use libtool 2.2 since 20080303-08:48:18 Nothing wrong so far.
Florin has done revert of libtool 2.2 and we wait for Florin's comment what's 
happened: http://foo-projects.org/pipermail/lunar-dev/2008-March/006593.html
I keep using libtool 2.2 and do not encounter any issues yet.
