Sure. You mean this commit?:
http://foo-projects.org/git/?p=lunar/moonbase.git;a=commit;h=659f82b1cadffabf45853f8293da3b191958cb80
plus cairo-1.4.12-lcd-filter-1.patch.bz2 sent to ML

This is nothing special, nothing new. I rewrote
cairo-1.4.10-lcd-filter-1.patch (which is Florin's rewrite of original patch
at 03/05/2007 07:04) to make it working with cairo 1.4.12.
I have done this to avoid a little war like it happened with [Lunar-commits]
r24071 and r24290 on dev ML (April-May 2007).

The lcd filter patch was introduced by me at commit:
--
commit 5656148b167fb24a99d668ba62ad6e52374b0409

This patch makes the library use the new built-in
    FreeType LCD color filtering features.
FreeType 2.3.1 (or newer) requirement already met by lunar.

and initial patch was taken from here:

from: http://www.freetype.org/freetype2/patches/rogue-patches.html
browse dev ML archives to learn more. If you have more questions feel free to
ask :-)

have a nice day,
Zbigniew
