distrowatch script suggestion

Auke, I don't see a reason for why we shouldn't replace qt3 with qt4
for distrowatch. It has nothing to do with our policy regarding qt at
all .. its just so that distrowatch is happy.

Either that or you try to convince the people over there to open up a
seperate qt3/qt4 package tracking.
