Plugins problem should be fixed now. Update commited. Please check.
lrm mozilla
lrm seamonkey
may help as those commands cleans up directiories/files seamonekey uses.
seamonkey module tries to remove conflicting mozilla/older seamonkey dirs but 
not everything can be fixed.
