crater moved into git

I've moved and merged crater into git. the new crater is different than what it
was before as now crater "shadows" moonbase.git, and is usable as a normal
moonbase (thereby making it possible to replace moonbase.git as your moonbase with
crater.git).

please remember that we need to do regular merges from moonbase.git into
crater.git and those are not automated. One of the senior devs should probably do
this and I'll try to keep an eye on it as well.
