Well alright, didn't bother with their mail list. I took that filename
to mean a beta or rc version. Couple that with 1.8.6-p36 causing
kdebinindgs3 to barf on itself over that version of Ruby and
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=149119 just reinforced that
thinking.
