autoconf 2.60 please read

Hello,

i had problems compiling autoconf on two boxes - talked with some developers about it, if i remember right there are some ppl having the same problems too. I tried on 3 boxes now, how to fix it, it's very simple.

just relin glibc. After relinning glibc you can compile autoconf without problems. I don't know why..
