Linux-PAM 0.99.3.0 needs testing

Forgot to mention that I also changed the plugin.d/Linux-PAM.plugin
to install all pam.d files with mode 644, this is needed for some files
such as xscreensaver, other etc. There are no security complications by 
doing this so no worries :)
