More "misstakes" in kernel 2.6.16.1 headers

Well, I doubt someone really includes stuff like input/bitops (beside
XOrg/mysql then) so the impact isnt felt.
Another reason is that people have stoped using the supplied kernel
headers (like we/glibc and alot of others) so their "misstakes" aint
reported.
