new NVIDIA version

Hi everybody,

  A new version of the proprietary NVIDIA driver was released. This time the 
install procedure was changed. I have tweaked the BUILD file according to 
this. Please test it and report if it can be committed to the moonbase. Any 
improvements are welcome as usual :).
