Ok i've got the same problem, if you to try to resolve it, follows these 
steps:
 lin -c fontconfig
 lin -c XOrg (me it was XOrg-test, but there is no really difference)
 lin -c freetype2
 lin -c gtk+-2
 lin -c qt3 <- note this fails, because it tries to compile kdelibs ...
 lin -c arts <- the fontconfig library path for kde is given by arts, so just 
recompile arts
after you can compile qt3, kdelibs ... all that you wants ...
