I would actually suggest, to make things easier on all doc authors, to 
write up everything in xml (docbook).  It will make your life a whole 
lot easier in the sense that you would only have to write your doc 
once.  A single docbook xml file can be easily converted into html, 
pdf, and even man pages.

All anyone would need to do is 'lin docbook-profile conglomerate' and 
they're off to the races!  :-)
