Server move for lunar-linux.org and xfce.org

Sad news indeed. I'm grateful for Remco's offer and have no objections to 
moving xfce services to the server he offers, although Olivier has the final
say in that. 

I assume we need to stop CVS activity at a certain point when things are going
to be moved. Do you have a migration schedule or something?
