The reason the link was included was for verifying if it was a 
legitimate update -- e.g. one of the first updates found was for uml, 
but the release was actually deleted and released again a day 
later...The release notes were still there, but the files were obviously 
not.

There is a link included in the RDF that goes directly to the release 
notes for the update, but since the updates are in XML, it's a bit 
difficult to pull out the info I need with a simple bash script; so I 
may end up using php.
