This brings a point to mind, i would like to split the build file into 
two steps  a build and an install function i have some thought on how 
to make this backwards compatible

my thoughts for this are....

split building and installing into two steps,  they should be 
unique......
make it so that lunar can continue a build   to come in future ........
make it so that lunar can build but not install packages,   have idle 
time, use it to build your packages if you have the space to spare :-P

make it so that lunar can recover from an install failure like this :-P
