initscripts hacking needed

Ok, while I was trying to figure out what the hell all the stuff in the
initscripts package was about, I decided to write down my findings.
What I have now is an overview of the files present in the package,
their use and their install location. There are some comments in the
file as well.
I hope someone else will know or find out how the networking system
works, because I don't think I will anytime soon.
It's not finished, I don't know if it ever will be. It's in
lunar-doc/jasper/ in CVS. I'll attach current version here.
