Privacy policy

Hey guys.

I thought i would send the proposal of the privacy policy to this list so
ppl can come with comments, spelling corrections and what not. It was
harder then i thought writting it hehe.

One section is still marked with ???? (personal information) so please
think it through and tell me if you want something else in there for now.
