KDE Dev Modules in Moonbase (fwd)

Well, if you want you can do this now. Just let HEAD be the stable
branch, create your own gnome_unstable branch and merge it back to HEAD
when it is ready.
I agree that more general STABLE / UNSTABLE branches for moonbase would
be nice.
